Julie Clare
Before becoming the GFM Market Manager Julie worked for Zeke’s Coffee in DC as roaster and Greenbelt market vendor for several seasons. She still works in the coffee industry and is happy to stay involved with the market. She has lived in Hyattsville since 2015 and left Florida for the DC area in 2007.

The Greenbelt Farmers Market is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
Scott Fifield, President
Scott has lived in Greenbelt East (Windsor Green) since 1986, and has long enjoyed coming to the Farmer’s Market. He’s also one of the varsity volleyball coaches at Eleanor Roosevelt and a former member of the Greenbelt Museum board of directors (FOGM).
Brian Stauber, Vice President
Brian moved to Greenbelt in 2019, a Wisconsin native by way of DC. He is an independent Wellbeing Coach and Organizational Consultant after spending his career in operations roles at international development organizations. He has a passion for local business and maintaining a connection to the folks who produced the food we eat.
David Benack, Treasurer
David has attended the Greenbelt Farmers Market with family since they moved to Greenbelt in 2019. The joy of fresh produce available directly from the growers never gets old. David is delighted to be more involved in the market and encourages others to get involved too!
Val Lynch, Secretary
Suzette Agans, SNAP Coordinator
Suzette moved to Greenbelt in 2004, after serving as a Peace Corp Volunteer. Suzette has over 20 years experience in community development and she appreciates the opportunity to support this community institution.
Amber Massey, Sponsorship Coordinator
Amber’s maternal grandparents moved to Greenbelt MD from Minnesota when her grandmother was looking for work as a school teacher. She lived with her grandmother until she graduated high school. After raising her own children in Greenbelt, she appreciates the opportunity to support this vibrant community through the Greenbelt Farmers Market. She works as a payroll and tax accountant, and is an avid knitter and crocheter.
Rosie Weaver, Marketing
Rosie spent 20 years in Texas before moving to Greenbelt in 2021. She’s an avid consumer of vegetables, and the farmers market is a central part of her routine.
Carissa Ralbovsky
Carissa moved to Greenbelt in 2013, and during her first week in town she walked across the street from her apartment to a vibrant farmers market – it was love at first sight. She is passionate about supporting the Greenbelt Farmers Market as it helps the local economy, the environment, her recipes, and her social life.
Terry Kucera
Terry moved to Greenbelt when she got a job in the area over thirty years ago. She felt at home in this small town in the suburbs and never left. She is currently the Farmers’ Market webmaster.
